How much water you should drink at the gym?

If I walk on a treadmill, the smaller the water bottle, the less water I drink. Although it doesn't matter, it does make us drink less. How to make sure you drink enough water while exercising?

Drink before the workout. One to two hours before you go to the gym, you should drink 15 to 20 ounces of water (one cup = 8 fluid ounces) - about one ounce of water per 10 pounds. Then 15 minutes before the workout, you should drink 8 to 10 ounces of water. I know that this seems to be a lot, so basing rest is understandable!

Forgot the size of the bottle. If you like to use a small water bottle in the gym, you also need to fill the water frequently. During exercise, you should drink another 8 ounces every 15 minutes to stay hydrated. Maintaining sufficient moisture helps maintain energy levels, even when lifting weights. If at any time you feel thirsty, you are already dehydrated - so be sure to drink. Don't forget that the water bottles come in all shapes and sizes! This 75-ounce sports water bottle has the same capacity as four regular bottles. Not only does it provide enough water, the scale on the bottle reminds you how much water you drink.

Be careful not to overdo it. Moisturizing is always good during exercise. However, drinking too much water can cause the sodium concentration in the blood to be abnormally low, which may lead to coma during exercise.
